Shipping Charges: Delivery within India
We provide free shipping within India for all orders above Rs.2000. For orders upto Rs.2000, we have a nominal charge of Rs.50.00 towards shipping & handling charges.
Shipping Policy
For Buyers in India orders are shipped through register courier company or speed post. Orders are shipped during 2/3 working days as per the delivery date agreed at the time of confirmation of order by the customer.
Tracking of orders.
You can also track your order online with the help, of AWB no .of your parcel. Details of the AWB number and the link to tracking website will mailed you once the order is dispatched from our shop.
Cancellation:
An order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete and product has been shipped.
We will not be able to cancel your order in any case once product is out for delivery from our shop.
Only exception will be inventory mismatch at our end. If you end up buying a product that is out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund full payment. Refund will be processed after receipt of the bank account details from the buyer. .
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order email us at shubhra.pearls@gmail.com . If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns/Replacement/Refund Policy:
Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged.
If the product gets damaged during the shipping , we will replace the product. It is subject to the recipient mailing us the photo within 3 hours of delivery at shubhra.pearls@gmail.com
Please note if the damage of the product is not during the shipping and jewelry is broken during trial , it will not be exchange in any case.
Buyer needs to send us back the damaged product within 7 days after confirmation in email from our office. Products sent without a consent will not be considered for replacement.
Please note, we are unable to send anyone to pick up the damaged product from your doorstep even if the exchange is approved. You need to ship the product back to us with appropriate packing in the original condition as they were received in along with any bills and labels. To be eligible for exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange.
We DO NOT REFUND in any case.

You shall be responsible for all activities under your User ID and Password and hence should maintain the
confidentiality of your User ID and Password. Supriya Collections will not be held responsible in any case ,any
circumstances about the information shared by you. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue,
inaccurate, not current or incomplete Supriya Collections has the right to indefinitely terminate, suspend or block
your access to SHUBHRA.
